Agency Agreements, Agreements

Following are a few cases to explain the different fields of agency agreement and how they are used. The screenshots are also added to give a better idea of the explanation.

Case 1: Talent Type: Model, Stage: Unsubmitted

A case is explained below to better understand how Agency Agreements work.

A Talent has:

Talent Type: Model

Stage: Unsubmitted

Two Agreements are linked with this Talent type and stage. These are:

1. Model Agreement

2. Model Temporary Agreement

1. Model Agreement

The Model Agreement will be visible to Talent Type: ‘Model,’ and Stage: ‘Active’ or ‘Unsubmitted.’

This Agreement is required at the time of Check-in, At time of Committing the Talent, and At time of Profile Submission.

2. Model Temporary Agreement

Model Temporary Agreement is another Agreement linked with this Talent type. However, unlike the Model Agreement, this is a non-required Agreement:

At Time of Profile Submission:

If an Agreement is required, ‘At time of Profile Submission,’ Talent will not be able to submit their profile unless the required Agreement is signed.

The Agreement section will appear red when Talent logs in to the mobile app. The profile can only be submitted if this required Agreement is signed.

Note:

  • Agreement required at the time of Profile Submission will appear red.
  • Agreement not required at the time of Profile Submission will appear black.
  • A non-required Agreement will also appear back in agency Agreements sections

‘Unsigned’ tab inside the Agency Agreements section shows the unsigned Agreements for the Talent.

Here ‘Model Temporary Agreement’ is the Non-Required Agreement and ‘Model Agreement’ is Required at the time of profile submission.

At Time of Committing the Talent:

When the ‘At time of committing the talent’ option is selected, Talent cannot be committed to the shift unless they sign the required Agreement.

‘Talent Committed’ status, through Move Talent  action, will not allow the Talent to be committed to the shift unless the Agreement is signed.

At Time of Check-in:

When this option is selected, Talent will not be allowed to check-in on the shift unless the Agreement is signed.

The following Message will appear on the mobile app if the Talent tries to check-in without signing the Agreement.

Once Talent signs the Required Agreement, i.e., the Model Agreement, they will be able to:

  • Submit their profile
  • Commit to the shift
  • Check-in to the shift

Signed Agreements

The signed Agreements appear in the Signed tab of the Agreement section along with the date and time, when the Agreement is signed:

Signed Agreements also appear on the portal in the Agreement tab of the Talent detail page. ‘Signed on’ column shows the date and time when Agreement was signed:

Once the required Agreement is signed, the profile can be submitted:

When the required Agreement is signed, Talent can be committed to the shift:

When the required Agreement is signed, Talent can check-in to the shift through the mobile app:
