How a Program Agreement Template is Added to Program and Shift

Adding a Program Agreement Template to Program

Click on a program name to open the program. In the screenshot below the program named Hettinger has been selected.

Inside the program, there is a Program Agreements tab with the ‘Add Settings Agreement’ option.

Clicking ‘Select’ will show the list of Program Agreements.

Select the Program Agreements that need to be linked with the program. Click ‘Select’ again.

The selected agreements will be linked with the program.

Adding a Program Agreement Template to Shift

Similarly, click the ‘Shifts’ Tab in this program and click ‘Select.’

A list of all existing shifts will appear. Select the shifts that need to be linked with the program. Click ‘Select’ again.

Selected shifts will appear in the ‘Shifts’ Tab. Now, these shifts are linked with the program.

Talent has been invited to these shifts.

When Talent logs in on the app, they can view these shifts in the ‘Jobs Invited To’ section.

Clicking on a shift shows shift details.

Clicking on Job Agreements shows the agreements.

Now, Talent can sign these agreements.
