How can I add a Talent to a Talent Group and/or preview them from the shift level?
Add Talent to Talent Groups from Shift View
This feature allows users to add Talent to Talent Groups directly from the Shift interface, removing the need to switch pages.
While managing a shift, if a Talent performs well and is a good fit for future opportunities, you can quickly add them to a predefined Talent Group. This helps you capture and organize high-potential Talent in real time for future engagement.
How It Works
- Navigate to the Shift Listing Page. Open the desired shift and access its detail view.
- Go to the Talent tab to view all assigned talents along with their current shift status.
- Choose one or more Talent you want to add to a Talent Group.
- Click on the Actions dropdown and select Add to Talent Group.
- A modal will display the list of available Talent Groups. Select the Talent Group based on your requirement.
- The selected Talent has been successfully added to the chosen Talent Group.
Add Talent to Talent Previews from Shift View
This feature enables users to directly add Talent to Talent Previews from within the Shift interface, eliminating the need for switching.
How It Works
- Navigate to the Shift Listing Page. Open the desired shift and access its detail view.
- Go to the Talent tab to view all assigned talents along with their current shift status.
- Choose one or more talents you want to add to a Talent Preview.
- Click on the Actions dropdown and select Add to Talent Preview.
- A modal will display the list of available Talent Previews. Select the Talent Preview based on your requirement.
- The selected Talent has been successfully added to the chosen Talent Preview.
