How Can I Generate a Recaps Simple Report?

While generating a report, select the report type from the dropdown menu and choose Simple Report.

The Simple Recap Report provides a structured record of a Talent’s responses during or after their shift. The basic purpose of the Simple Report is to display answers to the recap questions. It does not display graphs or summaries.

Key Details in the Report

The report provides the basic details about the shift so it can be uniquely identified and tracked:

• Talent Name – The name of the person who worked the shift.
• Shift Start & End Date – When the shift began and ended.
• Shift Start & End Time – Exact timing of the shift.
• Location & Address – The specific place where the shift took place.

Export Report

Click on the Export PDF button, it will download the PDF report to the system.

Click on the Export CSV button, it will download the CSV report to the system.
