How Do Program Agreements Work?
The functionality of the Program Agreement feature, i.e., how it works, is explained with an example below:
Example:
A program has 2 Agreements:
Agreement Required at Check-in
The Agreement shown below is required at the time of check-in, and will be visible to Talent in the mobile app when their ‘Shift Assignment Status’ is ‘Talent Committed.’ This Agreement can be signed for any shift in the program.
Agreement Required ‘At time of committing talent’:
The second Agreement linked with this program is shown below:
This Agreement is required to be signed ‘At time of committing talent’ and will be available to the Talent on the mobile app when their ‘Shift Assignment Status’ is ‘Talent Invite’ or ‘Talent Committed.’
This Agreement must be signed for all Shifts. In this example, two shifts are linked with the program:
Commit Talent to Shift: Shift Hansen Newland1
Trying to Commit a Talent on ‘Shift Hansen Newland1’ will show the message in the screenshot below:
This message states that the Talent cannot be committed to the shift because they have not signed the required Program Agreement.
Before the Talent can be committed, ‘Hansen Agreement2’ must be signed for all shifts. The Agreement will be visible to the Talent on the mobile App only when the status is ‘Talent Invited.’
The screenshot below shows the Talent is invited from portal on this shift:
On the mobile app, the ‘Job Agreements’ section can be accessed at the bottom of the shift details:
In the Unsigned tab, Talent can see the ‘Hansen Agreement2’ that must be signed before committing to the shift.
As shown in the screenshot below, all required Program Agreements appear in Red.
Talent can sign the Agreement from the mobile app. Signed Agreements appear in the Signed Tab along with the date.
When the Agreement is signed, Talent can be committed to the Shift: ‘Shift Hansen Newland 1’.
Commit Talent to Shift 2: Shift Hansen Newland2
Talent cannot be committed to ‘Shift Hansen Newland 2’, as the required Agreement ‘Hansen Agreement2’ must be signed for all shifts. To commit Talent to the shift, the following steps are executed:
Talent is invited to Shift Hansen Newland2.
Talent can now sign the required Agreement from the mobile app.
After signing the required Agreement, Talent can be committed to Shift Hansen Newland2.
Talent can now see the shifts in the ‘Committed Jobs’ section.
When the Talent tries to check-in on ‘Shift Hansen Newland1’, a message appears on the mobile app that the Talent has not signed the Required Program Agreement.
‘Hansen Agreement1’ was required for Check-in and is not signed yet.
Talent can view this Agreement from the Shift Details section.
Talent signs this Agreement:
As both Agreements ‘Hansen Agreement1’ and ‘Hansen Agreement2’ have been signed, they will both appear in the Signed tab:
Since the Talent has signed the Agreement required for Check-in, they can now check in on any of the committed shifts because this Agreement was required to be signed on ‘Any’ shift.
‘Hansen Agreement1’ has been signed on ‘Shift Hansen Newland1,’ so this Agreement appears in Black in the Unsigned tab of ‘Shift Hansen Newland2’. This is the case of Any Shifts. These kinds of Agreements can be signed on any of the shifts in the program and are not required for all shifts.
Signed Agreements also appear on the portal in the ‘Signed Agreements’ Tab of the Program.
Any Shifts for Linked Shifts While All Shifts Otherwise:
Similarly ‘Any shifts for linked shifts while all shifts otherwise’ is discussed below:
A Program has a linked Agreement.
The Agreement details are given below:
This Agreement is required at the time of committing the Talent and is available to the Talent for Signature when their Shift Assignment status is ‘Pending Talent Commit’ or ‘Talent Committed’.
There are 2 linked shifts in this program:
Talent will not be committed to any of these shifts as they have not signed the required Agreement.
Shift assignment status is set to Talent Invited. Talent will not see the Agreement on the mobile app with this status.
The Agreement will be available on the mobile app with the status ‘Pending Talent Commit’ / ‘Talent Committed.’
Changing the shift assignment status to ‘Pending Talent Commit’ from the portal.
The Agreement will now be visible on the mobile app:
Talent can now sign the Agreement on the mobile app.
As this Agreement has been signed. Talent can now be committed to both the shifts in the program:
