How does the Number of Talent in an Agency Impact the Scheduler View?
A Talent threshold value is configured in the system to control how Talent are displayed in the Scheduler view.
If the total number of Talents within an agency exceeds the defined threshold, the user will first be prompted to select a Program or Talent Group. Once selected, only the Talents associated with the chosen Program or Talent Group will be displayed in the Scheduler view.
If the number of Talent in an agency is below the threshold, the user will be taken directly to the shift scheduler screen. And all the Talent within the agency will be displayed on the left.
The default threshold value is set to 100. If you would like to change this value, please contact the administrator.
