How Individual Agreements are Sent to Talent

Individual Agreements can be assigned to any Talent on the spot, and Talent must sign this Agreement before committing to the shift. Here is how they work:

• Initially, the Agreement stage will be set to Draft, meaning changes can be made to the template. The Agreement is not sent to Talent at this stage.

• To send the Agreement to Talent for signature, select the Agreement, click the upper arrow to open the dropdown menu, and choose the option to send it to Talent.

Talent Interaction:

• Once the Agreement is sent, the stage changes from Draft to Send to Talent.
