How to View Rating?
Talent Rating can be viewed on the Talent Listing page. This section provides a summary of all performance ratings submitted by Tenants and Contacts for each Talent.
Types of Ratings You Might See
Depending on your rating settings, you may see:
- Standard Ratings – a single overall score
- Custom Ratings – attribute-based scores with optional comments
How Are Rating Averages Calculated?
For each submitted form, an average is calculated using the formula given below:
Sum of Rating / Count = Rating
(2 + 3 + 3+ 4) / 4 = 3
Both Tenant and Contact ratings will appear in the Ratings section of the shift for the Tenant user:
How Are Ratings Displayed?
Each Talent profile shows a cumulative average rating score that appears on the Talent Listing page. The average includes all ratings submitted by both Tenant and Contact users.
Ratings are calculated using the formula: Sum of all ratings / Number of ratings = Average Score
Example:
Tenant rating = 3
Contact rating = 2
(3 + 2) / 2 = 2.5 (shown on Talent Listing)
This score is updated in real-time as new ratings are submitted.
A detailed breakdown is available on the Rating section of the shift, it includes the following:
- Individual scores from Tenants and Contacts
- Submitted comments (if any)
- Date and shift associated with each rating
