What are the different fields in the Agency Agreement and how are they used?
Agency Agreement Fields
The following fields are used in an Agency Agreement:
Title
Provide a title for the Agreement in the ‘Title’ field.
Agreement Details
The agreement details contain the description of the agreement. There is currently no maximum limit on the size of the description.
Add Field
Use ‘Add Field’ dropdowns to include dynamic variables in the Agreements Details section. For example in the screenshot below, Name of the Talent will be filled in dynamically when the Agreement is sent for signature. Any other text can also be added to the ‘Agreement Details’ section.
Required:
When this toggle is turned ‘ON,’ Check Agency Agreement Signature Stage will be available.
Check Agency Agreement Signature Stage
The ‘Check Agency Agreement Signature Stage’ is visible if the Required toggle is enabled and this field is used to determine if the Agreement needs to be signed before:
- Check-in
- At the time of committing Talent
- At the time of profile submission
When the At time of check-in option is selected, Talent will not be allowed to check-in on the shift unless the Agreement is signed. Similarly, if At time of committing the talent option is selected, Talent cannot be committed to the shift unless they sign the required Agreement. If At time of profile submission option is selected, then the Talent will not be able to submit their profile unless the required Agreement is signed.
As explained above, if the required toggle is disabled, then Check Agency Agreement Signature Stage is not visible as this type of Agreement will not be required to commit Talent to a shift, check-in, or profile submission.
