What are the Fields in a Program Agreement Template

Title

Title can be added for the Agreement in the Title field.

Agreement Details

Agreement details can be added in the Agreement Details section.

Required Toggle:

The Required Toggle determines if the Agreement is required to be signed or not.

• When this toggle is turned ‘On’, ‘Check Program Agreement Signature Stage’ will be available.
• When the Required toggle is turned ‘Off’, the ‘Check Program Agreement Signature Stage’ option will not appear.

Check Program Agreement Signature Stage:

Required toggle and ‘Check Program Agreement Signature Stage’ determine if the Agreement needs to be signed before:

• At time of check-in.
• At time of committing talent.

Shift Assignment Stage:

• The shift assignment stage determines the visibility of the Agreement on the mobile app.
• If only the ‘Talent Committed’ option is selected in the program Agreement, this Agreement will only be available to the Talent for signing whose ‘Shift Assignment Status’ is ‘Talent Committed.’
• If a Talent’s shift assignment status is updated to any other status, the Agreement will be removed from the app if it has not been signed yet.
• The ‘Talent Committed’ option in this section will always be selected by default and cannot be unchecked.

It is not allowed to combine the ‘Talent Committed’ shift assignment status with the ‘At the time of committing talent’ option in the ‘Check Program Agreement Signature Stage.’

Frequency of Signing Program Agreement:

The ‘Frequency of Signing Program Agreement’ dropdown has three options available:

●        Any Shift in Program

●        All Shifts in Program

●        Any Shifts for Linked Shifts while all Shifts Otherwise

Any Shift in Program:

This type of Agreement must be signed on any shift in the program by the Talent at least once.

If a program has a linked Program Agreement, and there are 2 shifts in a program. Talent will see an Agreement inside each shift in the mobile app.

It is required to sign the Agreement for any of the shifts. It is not mandatory to sign the Agreement for all shifts.

All Shifts in Program:

For Agreements with the ‘All Shifts in Program’ option selected, the Talent must sign the Agreement for each shift linked to the program.

Any Shifts for Linked Shifts while all Shifts Otherwise:

When the ‘Any Shifts for Linked Shifts while all Shifts Otherwise’ option is selected for a program Agreement, Talent is required to sign the Agreement for just one of the linked shifts.
