What are the Legends in the Shift Scheduler?

The Legends display a list of shift assignment statuses that can be assigned to a shift. Each status is represented by a unique color. Only shifts with listed statuses are shown on the scheduler view. The rest are hidden.

Note: If you want to add more statuses to this list or change the color. Please request your administrator.

How are these Color Schemes Displayed in the Shift Scheduler?

Only the colors and statuses that are enabled (toggled ON in the settings) will appear in the shift scheduler. The displayed colors will match the selections configured in the system settings.

1. The ‘Talent Committed’ status is shown in blue.
   When a shift is assigned to an agent and committed, it will appear in blue, as this color is designated for committed shifts

2. Similarly, when a Talent completes the shift, its color will change to green.

3. If the status is changed to ‘Talent Interested’, the color will switch to yellow, as defined in the system settings.

4. If the status is changed to ‘Booking Cancelled’, it will be displayed in light blue.
