What data types are associated with Recaps?

The system supports multiple data types for Recaps, allowing flexibility in how information is collected and analyzed. By supporting different formats, the system ensures that Recaps can capture both qualitative and quantitative feedback effectively.

Supported Data Types

Following data types are supported by the system:

Text line 

Captures single-line input fields for recording basic and essential information quickly. For example, Name, Age, Weight etc to verify preparedness. 

Text area 

Allows the user to enter detailed, multi-line responses for capturing additional comments or explanations. General queries can be asked related to the shift or task.
The AI Summary feature automatically generates concise summaries of Talent responses in Recaps where the question type is a text area. This helps agencies quickly understand key points and perform easier analysis of the feedback.

Drop Down 

This data type presents a predefined list of options from which the user can select one. It ensures consistency in responses and simplifies data collection.

Radio 

This data type lets the user select only one option from a predefined list. It is useful when only a single response is valid (e.g., Yes/No, Male/Female).

Check box

This data type allows the user to select multiple options from a predefined list. It is helpful when more than one answer may apply (e.g., skills, preferences).

Rating

Allows for providing feedback using a scale ranging from 1–10. Useful for measuring satisfaction or performance levels.

Contact Information

Captures basic details such as name, company, or address, helping agencies identify and follow up with respondents.

Ranking

Enables respondents to arrange items in order of preference or priority, giving insight into what matters most to them.

Net Promoter Score

Measures loyalty by asking how likely someone is to recommend the service or agency, typically on a scale of 0–10.

Image 

This data type allows Talent to upload a photo to confirm their physical presence at the shift location. It provides visual verification and helps agencies ensure attendance authenticity.

Signature

This data type allows Talent to provide a digital signature, which can be used for confirmations, approvals, or formal acknowledgment of shift-related details.

Read only

This data type displays information that cannot be edited by the Talent. It is used to show reference details, instructions, or system-generated data for clarity.

Multiple Text box 

Used to capture multiple related details in separate fields, allowing structured data entry for each attribute. E.g. count of different products sold.
