What is ‘At-time of check-in’

While creating the agreement, the agency can decide if the talent needs to sign a particular agreement before they can check-in for the shift. For that, they need to select the At time of check-in option when choosing the options for Check Program Agreement Signature Status.

If the agreement has ‘At-time of check-in’ selected, then the agreement will only allow the Talent to check in to the shift if the Agreement is signed. Otherwise, the talent will see an error message, as shown in the screenshot below, if the particular agreement is not signed.

This option is available in all 3 types of agreements i.e. individual agreement, agency agreement and program agreement.
