What is FMM Supervisor?

This feature allows the agencies to use a new role, “Supervisor Talent ”. This role will be able to rate Talents for work done on shifts, and add notes to the Talent and Shift.

Enable the Supervisor Toggle

The Supervisor feature can be activated by enabling the corresponding toggle in System Settings. This option is available under Work → Talent Profile Settings.

Enable this toggle to display the Supervisor option on the Create Talent page.

Enabling the Supervisor option on the Talent Create/Edit page allows the agencies to assign the role of Supervisor to a Talent.

A Supervisor is then assigned to a program by specifying the supervisor’s name.
After this, the agency can assign multiple shifts to this program, and these shifts would come under the supervision of the mentioned supervisor.

A Supervisor Talent can log in to the app and access the Supervised Jobs in the program through the option available at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Note: This option is only visible to Supervisor Talent on App.

Supervised Jobs

In the Supervised Jobs section, three tabs are available: Today, Past, and Upcoming.

The Today tab displays the shifts scheduled for the current date.

The Past tab displays the shifts scheduled for previous dates.

The Upcoming tab displays the shifts scheduled for future dates.

Rate the Talent

The Supervisor can rate the Talent who are committed to or have completed the shifts listed under the Today and Past tabs.

Talent cannot be rated for upcoming shifts. In such cases, the following message appears in the Ratings section of the Upcoming shift.

How to Rate a Talent?

For instance, let’s consider a shift in the ‘Today’ tab.

Tap the shift and click the Ratings tab. Committed and completed Talent are listed in the Ratings section. Let’s submit a rating for Laura Thomson.

Tap Rate Talent. Add the rating and comments, and click ‘Submit’ to submit the rating.

The submitted rating will appear on the App.

Similarly, all Talent in the shift can be rated.

This submitted rating will also appear in the Talent tab.

Submitted ratings can be viewed from the App by clicking View Details. Supervisor Talent cannot edit the submitted rating.

Add Notes

Supervisor Talent can add notes for both Talent and shifts.

How to add Notes to the Shift?

Select any tab (Today, Past, and Upcoming) and select any shift.

Inside the shift, there are four different tabs: Job Details, Talent, Notes, and Ratings.

Click on the Notes tab. Here we will have a list of notes added against the shift. Currently, there are no notes, so this list will be displayed empty.

Click on the + icon, and a screen will appear to add notes.

Add text in the note section and click on the Submit button.

The note has been added successfully against the shift.

The notes added from the app are visible inside the shift on the portal.

Tenant users can also add notes from the portal side, and these notes will be visible on the app side as well.

How to Add Notes to the Talent?

We can also add notes against any Talent. To do this, select any shift.

Inside the shift, click on the Talent tab. This will display a list of Talent assigned to that particular shift.

Click on any Talent. This will display the details like the Talent’s name and contact number, along with shift details.

At the bottom of the page, Add Note button is displayed.

A screen will appear that allows the Supervisor to add notes.

Notes will display the list of notes added against the Talent.

The notes added from the app side are visible on the portal against a Talent.

Similarly, Tenant users can add notes from the portal, and these notes are visible on the app side.

Disable the Supervisor Toggle

The Supervisor option can be turned off in system settings.

Disabling this option will prevent the Talent from being designated as a supervisor. The Supervisor toggle will no longer appear in the Talent Create/Edit form.

Also, setting the Supervisor will not be allowed in the program.

On App, the Supervised Job section will not appear.
