How can I import Shift Offering?
Summary
The Shift Offerings Import feature allows users to efficiently add shift offerings while importing shifts through a CSV file. Users can download the import template, enter shift details and one or multiple shift offerings, and upload the completed file. Multiple shift offerings can be added using a comma-separated delimiter during the import process. Once the import is finalized, the imported shift offerings are automatically displayed on the shift details page.

This video explains how to import shift offerings. To get started, click on the work module. Next, click on shifts and then click add shift. From the drop-down menu, select import. The import screen will open. Click download template to download the import template. Open the downloaded template and enter the required shift information, including the shift offerings. If you want to add multiple shift offerings, enter them as comma-separated values in the same field. Save the file. Return to the import screen and click select CSV. Choose the file. Click start import. You can now see that all the required fields are filled, including the shift offering field. If you have added multiple shift offerings using a comma as the delimiter, click edit and enter the delimiter you use like you used a comma. Enter as the delimiter and click confirm. Next, click finalize import and wait for the import to complete. Once the import is successful, you will see the confirmation message, record imported successfully. Now, click shifts and open the relevant shift. On the shift details page, you can see the imported shift offering. Thank you for watching.
