How can Ratings be Imported?

In this video, you’ll learn how to import ratings. To get started, click on System Settings. Next, click on Work. Then select Ratings and then select Custom Rating. Here, you’ll see two types of ratings, Custom Rating and Non-Custom Rating. When the Enable Custom Rating toggle is disabled, Non-Custom Rating is enabled. To see how to import Non-Custom Rating, click on Work. Next, click on Ratings and then click on Import Ratings. On the Import Ratings screen, click Download Template to download the CSV template. Open the downloaded file. When Custom Rating is disabled, the CSV file will include the following fields: Rating between 1 to 5, Comments, Any text value, Rating type, such as agency or client, etc., Shift number, Talent email address. Save the CSV file. Go back to the Import screen. Click Select CSV and select your file. Then click Start Import. You’ll see the values from your CSV file displayed on the screen. Review the information and then click Finalize Import. The ratings will now be imported successfully. Wait for the success message. Now click on Ratings. You can see the imported rating, talent, comments, rating by, stage, rating type, and date created in the Ratings screen. You can also import ratings for custom rating fields. To enable custom ratings, go to System Settings. Click on Work, then select Ratings. Next, click on Custom Rating. Here, you’ll see the Enable Custom Rating toggle. When you enable this toggle, all configured custom rating fields will also be included in the Rating Import Template. Click Save. Review changes and click Save again. Now go back to Work, click Ratings, then Import Ratings. Click Download Template. You’ll notice that this template is different from the previous one. It now includes all the configured custom rating fields. You can enter a rating and add a comment for each custom rating field. Once you’ve completed the CSV file, save the file. Go to the Portal. Click Select CSV and choose your file. Then click Start Import. You can review all the information you added here and then click Finalize Import. Wait for a success message. To view the imported rating, click Ratings. You can now see the rating along with all the custom rating fields and their comments. If Enable Custom Rating was turned off, the custom rating fields will not appear. That’s how you can import both non-custom and custom ratings. Thanks for watching.
