Creating a Lead Record

Summary

Leads can be created in the Senegal CRM in three ways: through a web form embedded on your website, by importing a list of leads using the import feature, or by manually adding them via the “Create” or “Quick Create” options. To manually create a lead, fill in the required fields—name, email, and last name—and optionally include additional details to enhance the lead score if that feature is enabled. This ensures flexibility in capturing and managing leads efficiently.

One is through the web form that you can set up in system settings, put on your website, and if anybody fills out that form, they’ll end up over on the leads page here. A second way that a lead can be put into the system is if you go to any kind of show or buy any kind of list, you can import all of your leads at one time using our import feature, and there’s a separate video on how to do that. The third way to add a lead is to manually add them, and that could be using the quick create or the create or using the plus symbol up at the top here. When clicking on create to create a lead. These are all the available fields that you can put in for the lead. Very few are required. Name, email, and last name are the three pieces that are required to set up a lead record.
