Lead Generation Form
Summary
The lead generation form allows you to collect website visitor information directly into the Senegal CRM. System administrators can configure it via CRM settings by customizing fields, assigning notification recipients, adding a URL redirect (e.g., a thank-you page), and setting titles and colors for the form and submit button. CAPTCHA can be activated for security, and fields can be marked as required, reordered, or removed. Once configured, generate and copy the form’s code to embed it on your website, enabling seamless lead capture and integration with the CRM.

We’re going to talk about the lead generation form. Now, that’s a form that you can put on your website. So when people come to your website, they fill out that form. The data from that form gets put into the Senegal system for you. So do this. You need to be a system administrator, and if you are, you’ll click the icon on the far right and then click system settings. Once you’re in the settings area, you’ll want to go to the CRM settings over here on the left, and then you’ll see the lead generation form option. There are a number of fields in this form. You can assign somebody internally to receive a notification. When someone fills out the lead form, you can have a URL redirect, so maybe a thank you page on your website or your homepage, whatever you wanted it to be. And then you can give the form a title and give the submit button a title, and choose the colours for those.

You can also activate the capture, and there’s another video on how to create your Google capture information there. And then you can have all these fields. And this dropdown shows you all the fields that are available on a lead record. And you can pick and choose which one of these you want to include into your form. So here we have a handful of them. Now you can determine if they should be required or not. If you decide you don’t want one, you could remove it. You can even use these icons to change the order of the information. And when you’re done, you’ll click generate code. And this code here will change in this form. And all you do is click copy code and you’ll copy it and paste this into your web form or your website. And when you do, it will load to your website something like this. Here, our form on the Senegal website, here are the fields that we have in there, our capture and our submit button, and that’s how you create a lead generation form.
