Lead Score Set up
Summary
Lead scores in the CRM indicate the quality of leads and appear as gray (unchanged), green (increased), or red (decreased) in the listing view. Administrators can configure lead scores in system settings by assigning values to specific fields in lead records, such as account manager or lead age. These scores adjust dynamically based on the information added or removed from the lead records, providing a clear and customizable measure of lead engagement and priority.

We’re going to talk about lead score. The lead score shows up on the listing view here, as you can see, and it will be grey if it has not changed. Green have increased and it’ll be red if it decreased. And lead scores are determined by the information that is put into each of the lead records. You can control what those lead scores are in system settings. If you’re a system administrator, you can go over to system settings and then go over to the CRM settings and click on lead score. And what you’re able to do is see all of the fields that are on a lead record, and you can go into each one of those fields and give it a score. So if I have an account manager on my lead record, I’m going to have a hundred. I’ll save that. And you can go through and say, okay, well if the age of the lead score is between one in 10 days, give it a score of a hundred and you can continue to change these around 11 to a hundred, a one to a thousand. And the score will go down and you can add more if you want, and just save it. And what you’re doing is every time you go in and put in any kind of number, so in this case, if there’s a note, there’s a lead score of seven, save that. Then as the lead records are populated with the information here, or that information is removed, then the lead score will go up or down. Okay.
