Subscription

The new Subscription feature gives agencies a centralized view of their platform usage across Email, SMS, Storage, Active Talents, FMM Users, Records, Workflow Executions, Server Costs, and Branded App Costs, making overage tracking and monthly billing more accurate.

Manual Payment adds greater payment flexibility by allowing agencies to pay without relying solely on credit cards, helping avoid service interruptions from failed card payments.

Together, these enhancements deliver better usage visibility, accurate billing, and a more flexible payment experience for agencies.

Rating Enhancements

The rating enhancements include new rating settings, configurable rating eligibility based on assignment status, rating email frequency options, Supervisor rating improvements, and functional rating import.

Invite Talent

The enhancements focus on expanding the invite criteria settings, including the ability to consider a Talent’s rating and last activity in the app, as well as defining the minimum and maximum number of invites to be triggered. Per-shift invite settings are also being introduced, along with a preview of the Talent list that will be invited before the invitations are triggered.

Agency Profile Requirements

The Agency Detail screen will now display dynamic requirement messages in the banner based on the Talent Status and the specific profile sections requiring action.
