Request Screen Enhancements

Improved filtering, sorting, and status indicators to help Talents manage and track their shift requests more efficiently. Also introduced a count badge on the Requests icon in the bottom navigation bar to indicate the total number of pending actions requiring the Talent’s attention.

Committed Screen Enhancements

Improved shift status indicators and introduced a Pending Actions modal and a shift success and summary screen to help Talents track shift progress, identify required actions, and review shift details.

Check-In/Check-Out Flow Changes

Removed the Job Complete icon and introduced automatic shift completion at checkout once all required actions are completed. Only actionable icons will be displayed. Additional updates include emergency checkout, an early checkout grace period, and late checkout options.

Shift Photo and Recap Requirement Settings

Agencies can now configure separate settings to determine whether shift photos and Recap submissions are mandatory for all Talents assigned to the same shift, providing greater flexibility in managing shift requirements.

Customize Applications/Talent Needed Count Visibility

Agencies can now control whether the Applications and Talent Needed counts are displayed on the app’s Search screen through settings.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Count Mismatch

Fixed an issue with record counts displayed in mass action confirmation prompts. 

Shift Display on the Selected Calendar Date

Fixed a UI issue. When the current day is selected, the dot indicator remains visible for the selected calendar date without requiring the user to switch to another date and back.

Partial Success Message for Talent Invitation

Improved Talent invitation messages in the portal to provide clearer feedback and specify why invitations cannot be sent.
