Six settings. To access logistic settings, you need to be a system administrator and you can access that by clicking the icon on the upper right going to system settings. And then on the left side of the screen, clicking on logistics, there are four areas to think about when the logistics system settings, widgets, those are the widgets that show up on the logistics dashboard. That’s really about setting date range that you want those widgets to have displaying all the stages and then any of the departments that should have access to those widgets. Additionally, there are stages, both shipping records and inventory records have stages. There are default stages in the system, but you can add as many stages as you want, defining the colour as well. And then once they’re in there, you can set a default and change the order of them if you so choose.

A third part is the dropdowns, and this is putting information in available. In this case item availability. There are again defaults in there and you can change any of those that you want. And then the last part is the API, and that is connecting easy post to the Senegal platform. In order to do this, you do need an account with easy post, which you can set [email protected]. Once you do, they’ll give you an API key. You’ll enter it here and save it, and that way everything that you do in logistics as far as shipping records are concerned will be linked to your easy post account.
