What are draft recaps?

Draft recaps are automatically created by the system 1 minute before a shift starts for all assigned recap templates. They appear in the Recaps tab with a “draft” status and remain in that state until the Talent submits them from the app.

Oakridge Center Shift 15 has four recap templates added for the four checkpoints. Check-in, check out, midpoint, and job complete. Shift starts at 5:40 AM September 2nd, 2025. A talent is committed on the shift. Recap drafts will be created 1 minute before the shift start at 5:39 AM and the recap drafts will be created. Recap drafts are available in recaps tab of shift. If the stage of a recap is set as draft, it indicates that these recaps are not submitted yet. Once the recap is submitted, its stage is set as submitted. Talent can find a shift in the committed job section on app. The draft recaps are available in recap section of shift details. These draft recap can be submitted from app.
