Agreements
What Are Agreements?
Agreements are written and legally binding contracts between two or more parties that define terms and conditions. The parties involved sign an agreement to show their acknowledgement and agreement to the outlined roles and responsibilities. The purpose of agreements is twofold – firstly, agreements clarify the roles and responsibilities of each party entering into an agreement and secondly, they provide a legal framework which ensures that partners adhere to the requirements of the contract.
Here, we will discuss the concept of agreements and the process of creating them.
We are providing agencies more control over how they can create different agreements pertaining to their needs. Users can now create three types of agreements, which include:
- Agency Agreements
- Individual Agreements
- Program Agreements
What is the Difference Between Agency, Individual, and Program Agreements?
Agency Agreements are agreements at the agency level. All Talent employed by a specific agency, with defined talent types and statuses, are required to sign these agreements before they can begin working. These agreements are automatically linked based on a Talent’s type and stage, streamlining the process.
Individual Agreements are formal contracts between Talent and the tenant (agencies). These are ad-hoc agreements, i.e., agencies can assign them to any Talent as needed. Talent must sign this agreement before committing to a shift. These agreements are not linked to a shift automatically; they are sent directly to Talent by the tenant.
Program Agreements are formal contracts that outline the terms, conditions, and responsibilities related to a specific program or shift. Program agreements ensure that all parties involved in a program understand and agree to their roles and obligations, providing a clear framework for the execution and management of the program.
| Types of Agreements | Agency Agreement | Individual Agreement | Program Agreement |
