How Individual Agreements Work

When the individual agreement is sent to a specific talent, the Talent can see it in the Unsigned tab of Individual Agreements in the mobile app, as shown in the screenshot below.

Click on the name of the agreement in the app, and you will get the agreement details as shown in the below screenshot:

After Talent agrees to the terms and signs the Agreement, the signed Agreement moves to the Signed tab in the mobile app, and the stage on the web portal will update from Send to Talent to Signed.

Below is the screenshot to show how it will look like in the Portal:

Agencies can download the signed copies of the Agreements by selecting the desired Agreements, clicking the upper arrow, and selecting the Export Executed Agreement option.

At Time of Profile Submission: 

Create the Agreement as per the requirement, filling in all the desired fields, including:

Agreement Template, Title, Talent, Add Field, Check Program Agreement Signature Status (At time of Profile Submission).

Individual Agreements can also be sent from the Talent listing page and Agreement section in the work module.
