App Help Center

The Help Center is designed to give app users quick access to FAQs directly within the app. Almost every key screen in the app has a question mark (?) icon next to the screen label. By tapping this icon, users can immediately view a list of FAQs.

  • The Help Center makes FAQs support accessible in-app, right where users need it.
  • Talents can provide feedback to refine content, ensuring information stays accurate and helpful.
  • Agencies benefit from a more self-reliant talent experience, while Senegal Support ensures content evolves with user needs.

This ensures that help is always available contextually, without the user needing to leave their current workflow.

How It Works

Help Center Access

  • A question mark (?) icon is visible at the top of supported screens.
  • When tapped, it opens a list of FAQs related to that screen only.
  • Each FAQ can be expanded for detailed guidance.

User Feedback on FAQs

Feedback

After reading an FAQ, users can:

  • Mark it as Helpful (positive feedback).
  • Mark it as Not Helpful (negative feedback).

Feedback Options

Users can give feedback on FAQs listing screen as well as detailed page.

There are two options: one on the question listing page and the other on the answer screen. Users can give feedback on FAQs both from the listing screen as well as from the detailed page.

Negative Feedback with Comments

If “Not Helpful” is selected, a comment box appears where users can explain what was missing or unclear.

This helps Senegal improve FAQ content and address gaps in guidance.

Feedback Reporting

Whenever negative feedback is submitted, the system automatically collects key details and emails them to Senegal Support.
