How to Add Stats as a Display Option in the Talent and Shift Interfaces?
Portal users can configure the Talent listing page by adding statistical data as columns. These stats provide additional context to support Talent selection for specific shifts or assignments.
The interface supports dynamic column management, allowing users to:
- Add relevant statistical fields to the listing view
- Reorder columns based on priority
- Show or hide columns as required
This configurability enables users to tailor the interface to their operational needs and improve efficiency in Talent selection.
The complete stats details of a Talent are also shown inside the Stats tab in the Talent detail page.
How to Add the Stat Columns in the Talent Listing Interface
Go to the Talent listing page.
Click on the display settings icon.
A pop-up will be displayed.
The ‘Displayed’ list shows all fields currently displayed on the listing page. ‘Not Displayed’ list shows all the fields that are not displayed on the listing page.
Observe how the stats are being listed along with other information.
Select any stat-related options from the “Not Displayed” list and drag them into the “Displayed” list.
For this example, we add the following stats-related options to the “Displayed” list.
Reordering of Columns can be done by dragging the column names up and down.
Click on the Save button to save the changes in the display.
Selected Stat columns will be visible on the Talent listing page. The order of columns is exactly in accordance with what was set earlier.
Similarly, stats options can be removed and re-ordered as per the agency requirements.
How to Add the Stat Related Columns in the Talent Tab from Shift Details
Similarly, the stat-related columns can be added in the Talent tab of the Shift details page..
Navigate to Shift details, open the Talent tab, and click the display settings icon.
The ‘Displayed’ list shows all fields currently displayed on the listing page. ‘Not Displayed’ list shows all the fields that are not displayed on the listing page.
Select any stat-related option from the “Not Displayed” list and drag it into the “Displayed” list.
Once the desired stats columns have been added, click ‘Save’.
Selected Stat Columns will be visible on the Shift Detail page, inside the Talent Tab.
