How to Use Blank Filter in Assignment Status?
Not Set means no assignment status is assigned. It helps you filter and find Talent or shifts with missing assignment status.
Some Talent in a shift have no status. Selecting Not Set in the Assignment Status filter shows only those Talent.
- Shift Detail screen → Talent tab
- Open the Shift Detail screen.
- Go to the Talent tab.
- Ensure some Talent have no assignment status.
- Click on Filter.

- Open Additional Filters.
- Select Not Set in Assignment Status.
- Click Search.

- The system shows only Talent with no assignment status.

- Talent Detail screen → Shift tab
- Open the Talent Detail screen.
- Go to the Shift tab.
- Ensure some shifts have no assignment status for this Talent.
- Click on Filter.

- Open Additional Filters.
- Select Not Set in Assignment Status.
- Click Search.

- The system shows only shifts with no assignment status
