Email to Approved Talents about Daily Available Shifts
This email sends a summary of new available shifts to Talents.
The email is sent to all approved and non-deleted Talents of an agency.
Email Schedule
- Emails are sent daily at 8 AM EST.
- If no new shifts were posted in the last 24 hours, the system does not send any email.
Example Scenario
- Date Email Sent: April 29, 2026
- Talent: David Smith
- Shift Summary: 08 shifts
- Shift Posting Date: April 28, 2026
- Shift Schedule: April 30, 2026 to May 08, 2026


What Does the Email Contain?
- Subject Line
Clearly states the purpose to notify about new shift postings
- Greeting & Introduction
A friendly opening that explains the email is about newly available jobs.
- Highlights Section
New Shifts Today: Total number of new jobs posted.
Locations: Number of unique locations. (Based on City/State/Country value)
Earliest Start: The soonest shift starting date & time.
- Apply Now Table
Detailed list of new shifts:
- Shift Name
- Date
- Time
- Location
- Role
- Pay Rate
- Apply Link
- Apply Link Functionality
Clicking “Apply” takes the agent to a job details page with:
- Start/end date & time
- Shift location
- Download buttons for the app (iOS & Android)
