What is the Purpose of the Check-in Dashboard?
The Check-In Dashboard provides a centralized interface for monitoring Talent and shift activity. It enables tracking Talent check-in, break, and check-out times, monitors recap submission status, and performs bulk communication actions such as sending emails or SMS to multiple Talent.
The dashboard improves operational visibility by enabling managers to quickly review shift and Talent activity status.
Navigation to the Check-In Dashboard
To access the Check-In Dashboard:
Click on Work in the main menu on the main screen, and then select the Check-in Dashboard option. The Check-in Dashboard screen will be displayed.

Default Dashboard Behavior
When the Check-In Dashboard loads, the default tab that opens is “Today”. As a result, only shifts scheduled for the current date are displayed.
This allows the agency to quickly monitor active and current-day shift activities.

Shift Tabs
At the top of the Check-In Dashboard, three tabs are available to navigate between different shift categories.

The available tabs are:
Today
Displays all shifts scheduled for the current date. Please note that shifts that are ended on the current date will also be displayed in the Today’s tab.
Upcoming
Displays all shifts that are scheduled in the future.
Past
Displays all past shifts based on the shift start date and time. Please note that if a shift starts on the current date and continues past midnight, it will appear in the Past section once the date changes.
For instance, if a shift starts at 11:00 PM on 10/03/26 and ends at 6:00 AM on 11/03/26, it will be reflected in the Past after 12:00 AM.
These tabs help users quickly switch between current, upcoming, and previous shifts without applying additional filters.
Refresh Option
The Refresh option is available in the Check-In Dashboard to update the displayed information. When the user clicks on the Refresh button, the system reloads the dashboard and updates the shift data to ensure the latest details are displayed.

Shift Information
The dashboard displays key details for each shift, including:
- Shift Name
- Account Manager Name
- Shift Start Time
- Shift Duration
- Check-in Count
- Committed Talent (if any)
An example of the displayed information is shown below:
Shift Name: Rotating Shift
Start Date and Time: 03/05/2026 01:00 AM
Duration: 1.00 Hours
Checked-in count: 0/1

Filters Panel
Users can apply filters by clicking the Filters button.
When clicked:
- A menu drawer opens on the left side of the screen.
- This panel allows users to refine the shift listing.

Keyword Search
At the top of the filter drawer, a Search field is available.
Steps:
- Enter the Shift Name in the search field.
- Press Enter or click the Search button.

The dashboard will display matching shifts based on the entered name.
When a Shift Name filter is applied, it is automatically applied across all three tabs:
Today, Upcoming, and Past.
This means you can see the filtered shifts in any tab by simply switching tabs you do not need to apply the filter separately in each tab.
Shift Sorting
Shifts can be sorted using the Sort Shifts By option.
Available sorting options include:
- Shift time Asc (By Time (Ascending))– Sort shifts from earliest start time to latest start time.
- Shift Time Desc (By time(Descending))– Sort shifts from latest start time to earliest start time.

This ensures that agency can organize and view shifts strictly based on their scheduled start times, making it easier to manage current, upcoming, or past shifts efficiently.
Reset Filters
Clicking the Reset button clears all applied filters and restores the dashboard to its default filter state.

Closing the Filter Drawer
Clicking the Filters button again will close the left-side menu drawer.

View Talent Details
Each shift includes a “+” icon that expands additional information about Talent assigned to the shift.
The expanded section includes:
- Check-in Time
- Break Time
- Check-out Time
- Recap Submission Status (If recaps are linked with shift)
- Photos

Check-In Time
When a Talent checks in through the mobile app, the system records the check-in timestamp.
This time is displayed on the dashboard with the Check-In Time field.

Break Time
Whenever a Talent takes a break during a shift, the system records the break duration. Even extremely short breaks (e.g., 3 seconds) are recorded.
The break duration is displayed in the format: HH : MM : SS
Upon clicking the Eye icon, the user can view detailed information about the breaks taken during the shift. This includes the start time, end time, and duration of each break. Additionally, the break count is displayed, such as Break 1, Break 2, and Break 3, indicating how many breaks were taken.

Check-Out Time
When a Talent completes their shift and checks out through the mobile app, the check-out time is recorded and displayed on the dashboard.

Recap Submission
By default, the recap will not appear. Once a recap is linked to the shift, the field will become visible, and the status will be displayed based on the recap submission state.
- No: The recap has not been submitted yet.
- Yes: The recap has been submitted. Clicking Yes redirects the user to the submitted recap screen.
Note: The agency will see the recap from here after it has been submitted; until then, the default status is No.

Shift Photos
Talent can upload multiple photos during their shift.
The dashboard provides access to these images through a photo section.
When clicked:
- A modal window opens
- All uploaded photos are displayed
You can navigate between photos using the arrow controls.
It displays all the photos in a modal.

Arrows can be used for navigation.

Shift Status Indicator
A dot appears next to the shift name to indicate the current status of the shift. The color of the dot represents the following:
- Green: The shift is Completed.
- Grey: The shift is Not Started.
- Yellow: The shift is currently Live.
Refer to the accompanying screenshot for visual reference of the dot colors and checkbox placement.
Grey Dot = Not Started

Yellow Dot = Live

Green Dot = Completed

This visual indicator allows users to quickly identify the current state of each shift.
Talent Selection for Communication
Each Talent has a checkbox associated with their shift.
When a Talent checkbox is selected, the Talent is marked for communication actions.

Selecting a Talent automatically enables the checkbox associated with that Talent in the shift.

Send Email Functionality
After selecting one or more Talent:
- Click the Send Email button.
- The system will send an email to the selected Talent.

Send SMS Functionality
Similarly, after selecting Talent:
- Click the Send SMS button.
- The system will send a message to the selected Talent.
This feature allows managers to quickly communicate with multiple Talent at the same time.
