How are Recap Reports Generated?
In Senegal, each time a shift is created, the agency can link recap templates to it at different check points e.g. check-in, check-out, midpoint and job complete. These recaps act as feedback forms for Talent, with questions set by the agency. Their goal is to gather meaningful input from the Talent about the work completed during the shift.
Talent check in at the beginning of their shift and are required to complete the recap at different stages of the shifts before checking out. This ensures that the clients receive consistent, structured feedback for every shift.
