What Happens if a Talent is Being Committed on a Holiday During Shift?

We have two different methods to import the holiday shift, i.e., Fixed & Specific holidays. If, during import, any of these holiday cases are detected, talent is not committed to that shift, and an error message is generated.

Case: The record for the specific holiday was inserted unsuccessfully

Create a specific holiday for November 14, 2024.

Create a shift related to the specific holiday and import a file. It gives an error message Record: Partial Process.

Example: Create a shift for specific days, such as Thursday, 14th Nov.

1. Add the date to the CSV file.

2. Import this file and check if the records have been inserted successfully or not.

3. Click on the ‘Click Here‘ option to view the error file and check the error message in it.
