What is the Recaps AI Summary feature and how does it work?
Using this feature an agency can create AI generated summaries for answers provided by the Talent on the recaps where question type is text area. This helps in summarizing the responses provided by the Talent and to make general analysis.
Create the Recap Template with Text Area Type of Question
- Go to Shifts→Recaps→ Recap Templates

- Then click on the Create button.

This will navigate you to the Create Recap Template page. Here users can create recap templates with unique questions specific to a shift.

- Enter the Recap Template Name.

- Click on the Add question button it will open the modal.

- When you add a Text Area data type, there is a Summary option. Click on Yes

If you enable this option, now you will get more options to choose the summary length from i.e. Small, Medium, or Large options. Summary word limit is also mentioned.

Create a new shift and configure its details. Created recap template can then be set up to capture feedback at the end of the shift. Next, Talent is added to the shift, and their status can be updated or moved as needed. Finally, Talent can submit their recaps directly from the app, completing the workflow.
At this point the recap answers would be stored in the portal and the status of the recap would be updated to Submitted.

Please note that reports can only be generated on submitted recaps and recap template needs to be the same as well.
Select the recap you want to create a report on.

Open actions dropdown → choose Generate Report.

This is what a generated report looks like.

Notice how an AI summary is shown at the top of the cumulative report generated from the responses for text area question i.e. Which car model was sold the most.
