This update enhances shift search and application management for Talent, while also improving shift and talent management at the agency level, along with additional fixes and improvements.

✅ New Features

Search Shifts

The Job Search screen has been redesigned and renamed Search Shifts to focus on available shifts. 

Key improvements include:

• Combined Available Jobs and All Available Jobs views into a single, streamlined screen.
• Talents can now filter opportunities by distance, job role, and other options.
• The top search bar allows searching by shift name, role, duties, and date.
• Sorting and filtering controls make it easier for talents to quickly find relevant shifts at a glance.

Requests

The screen is now renamed Requests to focus exclusively on shifts relevant to the Talent’s applications and invitations.

The Requests screen has been redesigned into two tabs for better navigation:

• Active – Displays shifts where talents have applied or been invited.
• Archived – Shows closed or lost shift requests.

‘Not Set’ Filter

A new ‘Not Set’  filter has been introduced to help you easily filter and identify records with blank values. This applies to all dropdown fields in the system. See how to use this filter in dropdown fields

‘Stats’ as the Display Option

Unsubscribe Status in Mass Actions

Agencies can now update the unsubscribe status of multiple Talent at once using the mass action feature, saving time and effort. Learn more

Add Talent to Talent Groups and Talent Previews

Talent can now be directly added to Talent Groups or Talent Previews from the shift interface for quicker and more efficient management. Learn how to add

⚡ Improvements

• Introduced a message on the Committed Shifts screen in the app for completed shifts to clearly distinguish them from other shifts.
• Restricted actions for Talents if the shifts end date/time has passed, and displayed an expiry message on the Shift Details screen. This applies to “Talent Invited” and “Talent Interested” statuses.
• Made hyperlinks in app text descriptions clickable in the Shift Search and Shift Detail screens, so users can directly open added links.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Fixed a location timeout issue that occurred while uploading photos when precise location was disabled, and improved the flow to clearly guide users on the required action.

💡 Other Updates

• We have updated the term “job” to “shift” throughout the app to avoid confusion, since the platform displays shifts rather than jobs.
• A new status called Booking Cancelled has been added for talents who decline committed jobs. This will help track declined shifts more efficiently.
• The Position field in the shift creation form will now be required to ensure all shifts have a clearly defined role.
